My sister and I took our mother to the fracture clinic. On entering the building from the multi storey carpark, we didn't have any idea where to go, we went to the information desk just inside the door to ask the person where, and to our disgust they never as much as lifted their head.
We stood there waiting and waiting and thought they were doing some paperwork, but when we saw they were only sat doing a suduko puzzle. We were fuming.
Not once did they even look up and we were stood right at the desk. We ended up picking up a plan of the hospital. But ended up having to ask someone, our mother is elderly and can't walk very well so we couldn't rush and didn't want her to walk farther than she had to.
What is the point of having someone on the desk that in my opinion is more interested in doing a puzzle than helping people.
When we left we walked back past them and still they had the puzzle in front of them, although they wasn't doing the puzzle they were just sat talking to a friend that was sat there. It's totally disgusting for anyone to be so rude especially on a information desk in a hospital.
