Dear Donna

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I can see you were very anxious about your treatment and stay in hospital, and I was really pleased to see how caring everyone was towards you, in putting your mind at rest about your forthcoming treatment.

I do hope you have now fully recovered after having your pacemaker fitted. I have forwarded on your kind comments to the ward manager where they will be warmly received and shared with the staff involved in your care.

With best wishes.
