What I liked

The staff were very friendly and helpfull,and was a totally different experiance compared to a normal hospital where you wait ages and no one informs you of anything

What could be improved

i had an examinaton of my knee back in october 2008 we are now nearly 8month on and i am still awaiting recall to have my cruciateligaments reconstructed. I was told i would be getting sent a letter to as to when i could have my second operation. I am i still waiting! i have since rang to see what was happening and appolagised and said the matter would be resummed. HOW EVER 3 week later today i have still not heard anything and have rang again to day being the 20may 2009

My knee collapses every now and then without no warning,and working as an electrician does not go down well!

Just another point to make i know a fellow footballer who has done the same and has been in and out for exactly the same treatment and here i am with no letter or nothing to keep me in the picture.

Seeing my friend get the treatment so soon has got to me as i have been waiting all this time,i have been chasing it up with no joy! as of yet
