"Attending a mindfulness course"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

I want to say how much I am gaining by attending the Introduction to Mindfulness course for six weeks. Each session is 2. 5 hours length and yet the positive effects are affecting me throughout the whole week.

If your health fluctuates with your highs and lows of your mental focus and quality of thoughts, I recommend you allow a course like "The Recovery College" to help you. I have learnt several useful techniques to help my mental health. Thank you!
