About: Epsom Hospital / Accident and emergency NHS 111

(as the patient),

I had terrible toothache(my fault for being a whimp and leaving it so long)I phoned 111 for an emergency dentist and couldn't believe there were none.

Being on medication for an old brain injury I was limited to the strength of pain killers I could take, so I needed someone to advise me.

I did not want to go to a&e and waste their time but had no choice. when I arrived I explained my problem and apologised for being a time waster. The staff were very understanding and I was in and out with pain killers I needed so quick I didn't have to pay the parking! ...15 mins! ! ! unbelievable! I cannot thank the staff and gp enough. excellent service fantastic polite staff.....these people deserve a pay rise........oh yes, that nasty tooth comes out tomorrow.
