I had a fall at home, my ankle /leg was very swollen and painful. I had fracture my instep three years ago so was concerned. The timing and treatment could not have been better, l would like to thank the Staff nurse in triage who was very kind and the two Nurse Practitioners who treated me. They were very thorough and kind and a credible to the profession. I say this as an ex nurse and. would argue with anyone who criticises Pilgrim Hospital.
