What I liked

I went with my partner to Penrith Hosptial after he had come off his bike and cracked some ribs, so I was not strictly speaking a patient! However, I was with him throughout the process so wanted to comment. It was about 10pm, mid week when we arrived, and were seen quite quickly. The staff were friendly and kind.

What could be improved

The treatment/consultaion was just what I would expect, so nothing there. The hospital was clean as far I as I could see, so that was fine, too. The only thing, if I'm to be really picky is that the decor was a bit depressing. Just in that it was obviously old and tired. I do fully apprecaite though that new pictures on the walls are much further down the priority list that new equipment and that's just as it should be. Perhaps a local artist or company may be pursuaded to donate some pictures and a new coat of paint!

Well done and thank you to all the staff, not just those who treated my boyfriend on that occassion, for what you do. You have a tough job and I'd like to say that I really appreciate it.
