I really appreciate the help & support I get. The environment is nice & respectful. Food is free which I need. Script detox has been great. The only problem has been lack of staff as some groups are cancelled occasionally. This can be a problem as I then have to find another way to pass time. I think more groups & support is needed but lack of staff is an obvious problem.

Hi and thanks so much for your important feedback.

It is great to hear you find the groups useful and you are happy with your prescribing detox plan. I enjoy the café too (when I can get there!) as there is yummy food and always a good atmosphere, with lots of service users in attendance. I hope you get to stay after the café and attend our service user involvement group 'The Service User Plus' meeting. It would be great to hear your ideas how we can develop the service.

I would be interested to hear more about which groups you feel have been cancelled as my understanding is the only group not running / cancelled presently is the gardening group. Unfortunately we had to close the garden for winter due to Health and Safety reasons, good news its due to open in the next few weeks now spring is here and we can assure safety. Get back in touch if my response to your concerns about groups as not been answered fully.
