"The staff did everything with kindness"

The paramedic PAUL was great we got to the hospital and the staff did everything with kindness and did all the tests needed to sort out his health problem they even gave us tea and a snack as it was late and we had not eaten our tea and my husband was very hungry and it was safe for him to eat something. The staff and doctors were great. Thankfully my husband is ok now.

It is always an anxious time when someone is brought to hospital in an emergency so I was really pleased to read that you felt you and your husband were treated with kindness. You will have no doubt seen how busy the A&E department can be, but the staff always go the extra mile to make sure patients are well care for and I can tell the cuppa and snack was appreciated! The team will be pleased to see your post and I will share it with them.

I hope your husband is continuing to be in good health.
