What I liked

I needed physiotherapy and I liked the speed in which I was seen. The administration staff are excellent and returned my calls promptly. I liked the availability of appointments. Most of all I was impressed with my physio - who was excellent.

What could be improved

Nothing although it was sometimes very difficult to find a parking space.

Anything else?

The whole system of Physio Direct suited me very well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Appointments ran to time but I never felt rushed. Best of all - I am better!
