"Excellent care"

The Cumberland centre is an excellent clean facility in Plymouth that deals with non emergency accidents. I have had to take my elderly father there twice now in 4 years and the staff have always been punctual and caring. It's nice to get that genuine sincere concerned feeling. The member of staff was very cheerful and patient with dads hearing disability. Waiting times were excellent and were told clearly of what their procedures were.

X-ray was done within 15 minutes after seeing a consultant first. I'm aware not every patient will be seen as promptly as that but if I had waited longer, I would not complain.
