My Mother in Law admitted 3 weeks ago for respiratory problems.
She was not believed, mistreated and hurt.
There was a lack of attention by specific nursing teams and lies by senior personnel
Doctor's misdiagnosis and wrong medicines were given by not reading history
Died Feb 2017
Formal complaint raised by standard answers so far -- sorry, we shall try to improve etc etc
