listening to the patient would be useful, i was ignored by the doctor?

why does it take 3 weeks to wrte the letters outlining the findings to those who need to know... this prevents treatment being admistered until these letters are written.... this has left me oozing puss until some admistrator can be bothered to do their job... but seriously... 3 weeks????
