"I want clairfication about my care"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Hazelwell

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been here since December 2016. I have asked about my care plan but my doctor is vague about telling me. I wanted clarification about what we are going to do about my care. I want to know how they are going to treat me. They keep me giving me the analogy of being a broken plant needing a splint, but not telling me what is the treatment plan.
