"Appauling blood testing service"

Today, after attempts I finally managed to get a blood test that I required.

On my first attempt I arrived at approx. 2.30pm to a shut door with a sign that the pathology lab was closed, despite me arriving in opening hours.

I went to speak to the person on the reception to ask why it was closed & if it would be re-opening, only to be told "its got nothing to do with me"

On my second and third attempts I could not get parked - persisted trying for around 20 mins each time but then had to get to work

My 4th attempt today - actually got parked, when I got to the pathology reception there was a notice up saying 'path lab now closed' despite this sign being up it was actually open (perhaps a tactic to get people to turn away?!), after a half an hour wait I had my bloody taken - I was very pleased not to get the nurse who consistently yawned when they came out of the room, had their arms folded and failed to smile once!

Clearly not a happy team of staff.
