I would like to share my Customer Journey 06/02/2017

As Usual upon every visit

Greeted by the receptionists at Newcastle Diabetes Centre, who always recognise me, and indeed even know my car registration number to input!

I always arrive early for my appointment and Indeed always seen well before my scheduled appointment

The Podiatrist as usual had read the previous appointment notes re a Cast to be administered today as well as a pending Consultants appointment and appointments to fit around this. The podiatry assistant today, delivered over and above their duty - ensuring, after the cast was fitted, I could walk with the Crutches, and assisted me to my car . The management and staff at the centre deliver the business
