(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Can we have 1: 1 drop in sessions with ward managers to give patients the opportunity to meet the ward manager. For example this can be used to safely review our relationships with care co-ordinators to check if this is working well.

Hi - thank you. What a great idea! I would expect this would be a popular idea with lots of patients on other wards too. Please leave this with me to speak with the Managers in our next meeting.
