"I cannot thank the staff enough"

In December I had to go in for a cone biopsy and consequently was required to have a loop excision. I was very nervous and anxious purely due to the nature of the procedure and the intimacy required. However, from when I arrived to when I left all staff were so friendly, helpful and supportive. They welcomed questions as well as allowing me privacy where required. I found the procedure quite tearful towards the end, mainly due to not knowing what to expect and the relief of the exercise being complete, but staff where comforting and I did not feel foolish or embarrassed because of this outburst. I cannot thank the staff at Alexandra Colposcopy Clinic enough.
