"Treatment for SCC and continued aftercare"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham / Plastic surgery

I was diagnosed with an SCC.

The nature of the problem was explained clearly and discussed prior to arrangements for treatment.

My operation was booked and within a short period, was operated on by a surgeon and theater team who could not have done a better job - superb!

No issues at all to report, and I healed in a very short time with an almost invisible scar.

The aftercare was undertaken by the specialist nurse.

I must complement the entire team for their superb care and professionalism.
