My daughter fell down the stairs on Christmas morning before lunch or opening her presents. Unfortunately she had fractured her ankle.

The service was fantastic at Morriston hospital, the staff were friendly and dressed as elves etc. She was even given a present which was totally unexpected and most grateful as being 8 and not in the best of moods it really cheered her up.

Despite the fact the dinner was ruined the day wasn't spoilt and this due to the fact we were seen quickly including xray and being plastered up before returning home. We could not have wished for better service and care.

Thank you very much, not only for this great job but the hard work all year round.
