"Shooting basketball hoops is really helping my fitness"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I like this activity session and think that having it on a Sunday in the sports hall is great. I like that the staff join in and there are more people here this time. It's good. I have lots of ideas about things we could do like having cinema nights.

I have been shooting basket ball hoops today and it is really helping my fitness. I can feel my arms so I think I'm winning. Anyway I must go as I want the staff to time me using the stop watch.

It is great that you are enjoying the activity during the weekend and that it is benefitting your physical health. Any ideas that you have that would allow more diverse activities is very welcome. I suggest that you contact the Patient Experience Team and share these ideas and we will see what we can do.

Hello there and thank you for adding your story to Patient Opinion. I was really pleased to read that you have been involved in sessions over the weekends in Birmingham and that our staff are joining in with you, that is great.

In relation to the ideas that you have, as Warrens says, you can talk to anyone in the patient experience team about these or your you can speak to your Care Coordinator, Marlon, the Nurse Manager for Moor Green or myself when I next visit your ward. We would be only too happy to listen to your ideas and see what we can come up with.
