"mri scan - very nervous patient!"

yesterday I attended cressex diagnostic centre in high Wycombe.

i was very nervous having never had one before and not liking confined spaces. i waited about 2 minutes to be seen, after being checked in by a very reassuring and kind reception staff. the radiographer sat with me and reassured me completely.

at no time did i feel pressurised or rushed.

they told me they had been doing this job for ten years. i believed that because of their confidence in what they were doing, at the same time though, they spoke to me with the same enthusiasm and empathy that i would expect of a newer member of staff.

to think that they remain so professional and empathetic after so many years is amazing.

The radiographer was so professional, kind, and caring, i cant thank them enough.
