Dear Chris

I am sorry to read of your concerns about the care of your mom at Moseley hall hospital and I hope her experience at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital helps to address her breathing difficulties. I would like to look into the issues you have raised and ensure your mom's bank card is returned to your mom (or you if that is her preference) and ask that you call Anne Pemberton on 0121 466 6506 at your earliest convenience to provide further details so that we can assist you.

Yours sincerely
