"Excellent care and diagnosis"

I had an appointment for my two year old son booked at 8: 00am through the 111 service. When we arrived at the centre it was extremely busy already. We were called in at 8:15am to be seen by the triage nurse. The triage nurse was absolutely superb in attending to my son, they informed us we would need to go to hospital with him as they felt he had a chest infection and lower oxygen levels and would need to be monitored more closely by a and e. I would like to thank them so very much for their promptness in his diagnosis. They were amazing and I feel that without their initial care we may not have received the correct treatment.
