"Late results and never answer phone"

About: Mid & South Buckinghamshire Diagnostic NHS Centre

Having been informed that my results would be sent within 5 days, I am still anxiously waiting after 9 days. GP advised me to call the centre but the phone just rings and rings, advising the caller to hold the line until someone is able to answer. Both calls, someone obviously just picked up the phone and cut my call off. Feeling pretty disappointed not to have any news.

I am sorry to hear you did not received your results.

I can assure you that all reports are sent to referring clinicians within 48 hours.

I am sorry that you have not been able to get through on the telephone and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

I believe that we have contacted you direct and re-sent the required information to your GP.
