"Poor staff attitude"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a relative),

Visited Endoscopy ward yesterday with my wife. Clinical treatment given was satisfactory although the whole process took over 2 hours (don't know if that's the standard waiting time). Attitude of nurse conducting the interview, I felt, was a tad abrupt and the general friendliness from staff not entirely welcoming. My wife is not fluent in English but speaks it OK and it seemed that when I tried to help, I was told off, yet had something gone wrong because my wife didn't understand what was being asked then is that not worse? I don't think there were any details about the nurse interview and that the person has to answer questions themselves.
