"Feedback comments observation 2 visits 2 sites in one week"

Visiting in patient services birth Durham acute hospital visited snack bar main entrance for drinks (next to cardio investigation out patients) one tea no problem decafinated coffee -they don't do decaf there only for meetings. I asked why? Response was just that they don't.

Visit Bishop Auckland out patient cardio assessment visit restaurant two coffees, I asked do you do decaf coffee? Response was no they don't. why not, you are a hospital with cardiology services? Response was, sorry they don't.

Maybe cardiology should continue to suggest reducing caffeine, but not in our hospital sites, in my opinion.
