Staff were generally kind and helpful and looked after us well.
Concerning areas for improvement:
- please don't do a hot drinks run at 11pm when patients are trying to sleep
- please don't always leave the main door to the shared room open,
- please have on offer private rooms at additional cost - it is incredibly difficult to relax in a ward where there are constant distractions
- please have vending machines capable of taking notes or cards rather than just change - this is 2016
