I attended the Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy, for a colonoscopy ( Endoscopy ) ward and to say I was a wee bit worried was an understatement, only ever been to hospitals twice and those were this year and I am 60yrs old, Well I needn't have worried as from the time entering hospital the lady on reception up to the ward the staff were fantastic, Come time to go for procedure nurse Susan took me to go through paper work and explain what was going to happen she was very reassuring, then the wait! CNS Callum did the procedure assisted by S/N Lanie S/N Claire, and the were very reassuring and were very professional and made you feel relaxed, so the whole experience was nothing to worry about and they did a great job, all nurses do a fantastic job, oh! ! and the toast and coffee were great, thank you.
