"Plastic Surgery to remove Ganglion from a finger"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Plastic surgery

(as the patient),

I first saw Mr Majumber at Pinderfields Hospital with this problem I was put on his waiting list to have surgery to remove this Ganglion.

I had been on the waiting list for a few months as mine was not an urgent case as the Ganglion was not causing massive problems, I was surprised to get a call from the central waiting list group to say that they had a cancellation at short notice and was I interested in coming in to hospital the next day for the procedure I was happy to do this and I must say the service I received was first class, it was excellent, Mr Majumders staff on the day of my operation were all excellent as I was having a local Anaesthetic I was awake during the process I had a great laugh with all the staff during my procedure which helped me tremendously everyone was very professional but still very friendly and as stated we had a laugh at the same time and I must say that Mr Majumder looked over all the process and gave very reassuring advice to everyone in the theatre all I can say is well done to everyone on that day I much appreciate the dedication of everyone in theatre that day and many thanks to you all.

Hi Vales

Happy to pass on your thanks - it's a great motivator for our staff and we are proud of all their efforts. Mr Majumder was very touched to read your comments.
