"Waste of my time!"

Received 1st class letter for urgent CT scan following an a&e admission week before only to be told that it was a mistake wasting my time, money for journey and a meeting which I had to cancel. Senior radiographer informed me to go back to a&e department for results of my last CT scan for reference and proof nothing sinister was in fact discovered. Reception desk at a&e turned out to be incompetent, have no clue about policies and procedures, rude and slow. The hospital staff made me wait for over 2 hours with no positive outcome.
