My name was called out by a doctor at eye dept no hello no introduction put drops in my eyes without even telling me (no communication skills) visited 23/11/16 around 11.00am.

I am sorry that your viist to the Opthamology Unit was marred by the level of service provided to you by the doctor. Your coments have been shared with the relevant Manager to take forward with staff.
