(as the patient),

The Diabetic nurse is extremely helpful. She is very easy to talk to about any worries or problems that I have with my Diabetes. When I have appointments with her she is always on time and sometimes goes out of her way to contact me with extra help, Without my Diabetic nurse I would be lost and not know who to turn to for help

Thank you for taking the time to write this post. I am delighted that the service is supporting you and am glad that your appointments have been on time.
As a service we see patients individually but we also support GP's and practice nurses so that more professionals have the skills to support you. I will be sure to pass on your positive comments to the rest of the team.
