Thank you very much for taking the time to share this positive feedback of the care you recieve on the Peaks Unit at Rampton Hospital. Myself, Davy Fisher (Deputy Matron) and Diana Brennan (General Manager) ensure we are visible across the unit in order to respond to any of your concerns no matter how big or small in a proactive manner. Our core values surround patient involvement and we are always keen to hear your views on how we can improve the service. Hopefully we are enjoying our weekly catch up sessions on the wards which give you the opportunity to discuss any issues on an informal basis.

The Peaks Meaningful Activity Plan was developed by gaining collaborative feedback from patients across the Peaks units as part of their involvement meetings. I am grateful to those patients who took the time to give their feedback and also to those who have designed the fabulous involvement logo and developed the leaflet which details the weekly activity programme. On the Peaks we recognise and appreciate the value that meaningful activites have upon both an indvidual's mental and phsyical well-being and the whole ward atmosphere.
