after having laser eye surgery , were told to go to eye casualty the following day , upon arrival we joining the back of the queue , was a elderly gent stood at desk , with a walking stick and being helped by a ambulance man . the person behind desk wasn't very helpful to him at all . from getting there to being booked in was over a hr. the staff and nurses were so busy yet down to one person who looked like they really didn't want to be there and had no intention of putting them self out , kept walking off , not surprised NHS going down . gentleman stood at desk they just said oh its a four hrs wait.
sorry for moan but if they don't want job plenty of other people would be happy to do it , nurses are doing a superb job
