"Wait and wait"

The doctors here are really nice and easy to talk to, but the waiting to get seen is terrible.
It really can't be so difficult to give appointments at times that can be kept. There are notices around that say be prepared for your appointment to last two hours, this simply means that you will wait two hours to be seen!
