"Unexpected treatment."

I was referred to the Western Eye Centre today and was surprised at the treatment I received, My day ended with me having laser treatment and I must say I . was made very comfortable and aware to what was happening at all times, all staff were very helpful and friendly, all I can add is thank you very much.
