Ive seen 2 counsellors. The first was better.
The second it got worse. They cant give any advice. Well not exactly advice. I mean that they cant give any feed back, period! and that is no help at all. and they cant advise any info on medication They cant do anything.
Im now trying to see the specialist nurse I think at roslin through my gp. I have 2 weeks to wait.
Im full of anxiety. In my stomach. I have mania. Its never been talked about. Im having to realise through my own research whats going on with me. My depression is so bad and social anxiety.
I think people hate.
I feel like Roslin have given me trained counsellors with no power to help and no skill.
Its awful and disgusting because Ive been ill a long time. I look healthy to look at me. But Im not. Im always worried. ..I just tried to ring Roslin and I think theyve changes their phone system. And I think its expensive to call
"Trying to get help but no one will help me."
