"cannot fault the standard of care"

This is the 3rd time in just over a year I have been referred and treated at this dept. I never do reviews but I feel things need to be said. I cannot fault the standard of care I received right from the initial referral, which was from Crosshouse a&e dept.  last year I was transferred as an emergency and as soon as I arrived the doctor came to reassure me and advise on what was going to be happening and why.

Every person I was involved in from the clinic to the day care could not have done enough. The surgeons were amazing before, during and after my 3 operations. I am just home after my 3rd operation in just over a year and the whole team were as before "amazing", thank you so much
