"Diabetes Resource Centre - Excellent patient care"

I have been a patient of the Diabetes Resource Centre for a while now and wanted to share my experience with others. The care I have received from all staff...whether that be reception staff to Consultants has been first class. I have always been treated with respect, dignity and listened to in relation to my diabetes management. I am very happy with this service. It makes my diabetes management easier to deal with when I have a supportive diabetes team. Recently, I was having difficulty with hypoglycaemia, which I was supported throughout with calls from the DSN and frequent advice and support from the team. Excellent support and patient care from the whole team. Thank you.
