Today I visted PRH Haywards Heath. I was given a prescription to collect from the pharmacy. I was told there would be 15 minute wait as there were a couple of people ahead of me. Fine. 45 minutes later with an empty waiting room I still hadn't recieved my prescription. The poster in the waiting room said that if there was a delay they would let me know. They didn't!
