(as a parent/guardian),

My 13 year old daughter had been attending ward 11 dialysis unit for over a year. She is at the moment having 3 sessions per week and working out way towards the transplant list xxx I would like to express our thanks to all the doctors nurses playteam and everyone who has a role in the ward. The care you receive is first class every single day... Thank you for making us smile on this journey we are on x
