"Rudeness"

About: University Of Bristol Dental Hospital

I attended Bristol dental hospital on 02 September 2016 to see a Maxillo Facial surgeon. I have suffered with TMJ since June 2014 which is extremely painful. Having attending the hospital several times and did receive one treatment of Botox which was inserted into the wrong area of my face so did not work. On my last visit to the hospital I was discharged as I was told by the surgeon that it is my own fault I have TMJ and I am the only one that can cure it. I asked about trying Botox again to be inserted into the correct area but was told no. The exact words were do I really expect the NHS to pay for me to have Botox. I was just hoping for a little pain relief as all the tablets I have tried do not stop the pain. I have worked full time for the last 46 years so I thought I may be entitled to some treatment to help with my pain on the NHS.
