"Amazing nurses and care!"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Paediatrics

I would like to say thank you to all the staff on the Outwood ward. Our first nurse was amazing and I thought, I hope our next nurse is as nice. I can honestly say all the nurses were amazing. We had so many as we were in for a long time that I can't remember all their names. Thank you again for the best hospital care we have ever received (my son is an asthmatic, so we have had a few).

Dear Katie

Thank you for taking the time to post these kind comments and also for the similar message you sent into the Trust. I know my nurse colleagues will be pleased that you and your son felt so well looked after during your recent stay, we think that is the standards of care you should expect from us.

While I hope that we don't have to see you again, if and when your son needs us in the future I hope that we continue to provide the care you both need to get him back on his feet.
