"Fracture clinic"

I attended the fracture clinic today after attending a+e on Sunday evening I have an ongoing problem with my right arm and had a phone call to attend fracture clinic earlier than the appointment I already have a have to say the receptionist was kind friendly and understanding but the doctor was very rude undermining they did not listen to what I was trying to explain and told me I should never have had the appointment in the fist place
