"As yet, still not told decision made about care"

About: Limes / Limes Unit (Dementia Service)

(as a relative),

I attended a meeting about the care considered to be the best for my mum. The meeting was respectful to my mum and I, and I agreed with the comments. As yet I have not been told the decision made by the meeting but have been promised that this is forthcoming.

I was sorry to read that decisions regarding your mother's care have not been communicated to you. I would like to follow up on this and would be most grateful if you could contact myself, or the manager at The Limes Dementia unit so that we can ensure that you receive the correct information.

I am very sorry that you have not received any further communication after the meeting regarding your mum. It is very important to us that you are updated on your mum's care in a timely manner.
