"Communication"

About: Bmi - The Sandringham Hospital

I emailed BMI with details of me wishing to see a consultant.

I received and email informing me that the type of consultant I needed to see was not at Lincoln, but the nearest to me was Kings Lynn (40miles).

I took time off work and attended the appointment.

Only to be told that the consultant does not do that kind of work anymore and I would not need to pay.

Today I received a text telling me to ring BMI Health care as I have an outstanding payment. I rang the number, but could not get through to speak to anyone.

On emailing the person that made my appointment she said she would look into it and get back to me.

Still waiting and not happy that they want to charge me "250 for an appointment that should never have been made.

So I lost time from work, petrol and then to be told I need to pay.

Not somewhere I would recommended

Please accept our apologies for not responding to you before now.

Can we ask that you call the hospital on 01553 769770 and ask for the Executive Director's Office where we will be very happy to discuss the situation and work with you to provide a solution.

Kind regards
