(as the patient),

Visited the costa coffee place earlier and was very impressed with the service that one individual gave which I believe his name was robert. He was very helpful and polite. He is a great asset not only to costa but also the hospital.

I use this facility too when I am in the hospital and can vouch for the service they provide.

Next time I buy a coffee there I will tell them about your compliment.
