About: Medway Maritime Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as a relative),

Trying to find out opening times for X-ray times nothing on the web site so had to call. got there 10 mins before opening. Waited 2 hr gave up in the end, the staff member was very unhelpful.

We agree that the current website is not as user-friendly as it could be, so we are currently working on the development of a new website to improve the patient experience.
