"Rude and unhelpful staff"

I recently had a spinal operation which was a success. However I found the nurses very rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. I asked for more pain relief which was acknowledged but not received for some 2 hrs later. My call button was placed on the chair out of reach so I could request a bottle. When I eventually received a bottle the curtains were not closed properly so went to the toilet a fellow patient and his relative could see what I was doing.
